Who is EZO EAM pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 reviewer demographics and EZO's pricing structure, EZO's Essential tier suits small businesses and IT-focused teams needing straightforward device and inventory tracking at an accessible entry price. G2 reviewers from mid-market companies in construction, research, education, and environmental services frequently highlight EZO's Advanced and Premium tiers as well-matched for teams managing field equipment, maintenance schedules, and multi-location operations. Larger enterprises in healthcare, market research, and mining gravitate toward higher tiers for multi-site visibility and lifecycle management. EZO's pricing is least suited for very small teams or budget-constrained organizations where per-item scaling costs become a concern, as noted by several G2 reviewers.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of EZO EAM?

EZO does not offer a permanent free version, but G2's pricing data for EZO confirms a free trial is available for evaluation. Paid plans begin at $40.00 per month for the Essential tier, covering 250 items with unlimited users and core features like device discovery, inventory management, mobile app access, and IT helpdesk integrations. EZO's Advanced tier at $55.00 per month adds CMMS capabilities, preventive maintenance, and custom workflows, while the Premium tier at $65.00 per month broadens asset tracking, procurement, and automation. Enterprise and Construction+ tiers require contacting EZO directly and unlock custom integrations, unlimited assets, and dedicated implementation support.

Is EZO EAM considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly consider EZO good value, particularly for small and mid-market organizations replacing manual spreadsheets or more expensive alternatives. One G2 reviewer noted switching from a competitor that cost four times as much, while others in construction, oil and energy, and healthcare highlight meaningful ROI through reduced asset loss and improved accountability. However, some G2 users flag that pricing can become a consideration as teams scale, and a few note that the mobile app and reporting features feel underdeveloped relative to cost. Overall, EZO's pricing earns positive sentiment from organizations with straightforward asset tracking needs, though larger or more complex operations may find value less clear-cut.

"Highly Customizable and User-Friendly—A Top Choice for Any Organization"
5/5
What do you like best about EZO EAM?

I love how customizable EZO is, with the API features and the countless organization settings options, it is truly the best option for any application. The GUI is very user-friendly, and even if a user doesn't have a background in inventory management softwares, there are plenty of free instructional videos online readily available. Our company is using this software quite frequently at five of our locations, and it has been a rather seamless implementation so far. Customer support was very helpful and professional when we had billing questions as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, But Interface and Alerts Need Improvement"
2.5/5
What do you like best about EZO EAM?

It's very affordable. We researched several options a few years back, and EZO was the most affordable for a small environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO EAM?

Not thrilled about the overall interface. Some things are confusing to figure out. For example, canceling a reservation takes several steps once you finally figure out how to find that spot. Old reservations that are never fulfilled don't go away, so several months later you still have them showing in the system and have to manually delete each one, one by one. Email alerts don't work properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ramiah Adeen of EZO EAM
