"EZO Became Our Operational Hub with Exceptional API Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about EZO EAM?

EZO evolved from a localized tool for tracking our IT hardware into a central nervous system for our entire operation. Its flexibility allowed us to replace an antiquated MP2 system in our parts room, standardize office supply management, and build a unified ordering hub for marketing materials. The API capabilities are exceptional; we integrated EZO with Nintex Workflow Cloud and our primary VIP system to automate equipment deployment. By duplicating our customer database so that clients exist as both a "Member" and a physical "Location," we built a fail-safe chain of custody. When we check an asset in from a customer member, it triggers a triage setting that automatically dispatches a retrieval work order to physically return the machine to our Marion HQ warehouse. The ability to set hard deployment rules—like ensuring an asset is listed as "available" and located at HQ before it can be assigned—eliminates routing errors entirely. What do you dislike about EZO EAM?

Integrating third-party route management platforms still requires manual intervention out of the box. Currently, our service calls are exported from EZO and imported into Route4Me via a text-based process. We are actively building a phase two integration to automate this so work orders queue and manifest directly, but native API tie-ins for external routing or telematics platforms could be more robust. "Flexible, Highly Customizable Platform That Strengthens Inventory and Equipment Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about EZO EAM?

What I like most about EZO is how flexible the platform is and how easily we can customize it to match our business needs. As we’ve continued to refine and develop our processes, EZO has helped us strengthen inventory management, improve equipment tracking, streamline work order management, and increase overall visibility across our operations. We would like to specifically recognize Shahrukh Aslam for the exceptional level of support, professionalism, and dedication he has provided to our team.

Having worked with two previous account managers before Shahrukh, I can honestly say that the difference has been night and day. Prior to his involvement, our project often felt stalled. Communication was limited, progress was slow, and despite our efforts to explain our requirements and goals, it felt like we were not moving forward at the pace we had hoped. We knew what we wanted to achieve with EZO, but there always seemed to be challenges getting things implemented or pushing initiatives to the next stage.

When Shahrukh took over our account, everything changed. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand our organization, our processes, and what we were trying to accomplish. He listened carefully to our concerns, provided recommendations, and most importantly, followed through on them. What had previously felt like a project that was stuck suddenly gained momentum. Within a short period of time, we made more progress than we had in months before.

What stands out most about Shahrukh is his communication. It is incredibly easy to work with him because he is always responsive, approachable, and willing to help. Whenever we encounter an issue, have a question, or need guidance, he responds quickly and provides clear answers. We never feel like we're chasing updates or waiting endlessly for a response. Knowing that we can reach out and get timely support has made a huge difference in our day-to-day operations and in our confidence using the EZO platform.

Beyond simply responding to tickets or requests, Shahrukh genuinely cares about the success of his customers. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that our needs are met and that we are getting the maximum value from EZO. Whether it's helping us improve our asset management processes, answering detailed questions, addressing system challenges, or assisting with implementation requests, he approaches every task with professionalism and a positive attitude.

One of the most valuable qualities Shahrukh brings is his ability to make complex problems feel manageable. There have been many occasions where our team encountered roadblocks or wasn't sure how to best approach a process within EZO. Rather than giving generic answers, he takes the time to understand the situation and works collaboratively with us to find practical solutions. His knowledge of the platform is outstanding, and his willingness to share that knowledge has helped our team become more efficient and confident users.

The level of customer service Shahrukh provides is honestly what every Account Manager should strive for. He is proactive, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping his customers succeed. Since he joined our account, the relationship has felt like a true partnership rather than a standard customer support experience. We trust his recommendations, appreciate his transparency, and know that he is always looking for ways to help us improve.

If I'm being completely honest, much of the success we've had with EZO can be directly attributed to Shahrukh's involvement. His dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction have had a measurable impact on our organization. He has turned what was once a frustrating and slow-moving experience into one that has been productive, collaborative, and successful.

Shahrukh is without question the best Account Manager we have worked with. He is an incredible asset to EZO and a major reason why we continue to have a positive experience with the platform. His hard work, professionalism, and commitment to customer success deserve significant recognition. We cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for our team, and we sincerely hope EZO recognizes the tremendous value he brings to both the company and its customers. What do you dislike about EZO EAM?

One area I’d like to see improved is the overall user experience, especially the ease of configuration for new users. When first setting up workflows, inventory structures, and reporting, some processes can be hard to navigate, and there’s a noticeable learning curve in understanding how the different features connect and work together. "Great Email Notifications, but Navigation Feels Slow and Pricing Limits Are Steep"
3.5/5
What do you like best about EZO EAM?

What I appreciate most about EZO is the email notifications. As the admin for EZO at eLeapPower, I don’t have to constantly check the site for purchase order requests or for items being put back into stock—I can simply monitor my email instead. It’s also very helpful for keeping a record of the actions performed in EZO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO EAM?

Actually using the site and navigating through it, I find it slower than I’d like. Also, the item-limit pricing seems steep, especially for a startup power electronics company where a single project could have hundreds of items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Effective for Asset Tracking, Needs Better Workflow Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about EZO EAM?

I like EZO EAM for its centralized repair tracking, which helps me manage multiple locations and customers efficiently. The strong documentation and history features are vital for my operations. I appreciate the ability to customize recorded data based on customer needs, and I find the reporting and asset tracking features particularly valuable for providing detailed data reports to our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO EAM?

I find that EZO EAM could improve in terms of workflow automation. More automated triggers would be useful, like alerts when a quote has been waiting for approval for too long, a repair becomes past due, a vendor ETA changes, or no activity has occurred on a work order for a few days. This would streamline processes and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful UI, Responsive Support, and Time-Saving AI Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EZO EAM?

The user interface is very helpful and all features included act in a cyclical fashion. The individuals who support the system are very responsive and quick to turn around any issues encountered. The ai feature that exists for reports is highly useful to cut down time analyzing and looking at inventory reports. Even though they have not been utilized, it helps to have common integration options with systems that work in parallel with the rest of our systems. The performance of the system really shines when using the Locations Audit feature to account for all items efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO EAM?

Some functions on EZO don't seem to be fully functioning. For example the custom substate function only really works on Assets but falls short on Asset Stock items. If set up for Asset Stock items, this interferes with the perceived availability of the item as well as counts per status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Inventory Management with Great Performance, Value, and Support"
5/5
What do you like best about EZO EAM?

The upsides of using EZO are numerous. The user interface is intuitive, especially for anyone looking for a more standard system to manage inventory. The API bridge and other connections are also valuable for power users like me and my team, helping us get the most out of the platform. Rarely, if ever, do we run into performance issues; it’s consistently great. For our project, the pricing has been an incredible value. On top of that, EZO’s support team is very helpful and responds quickly to our concerns, whether it’s a simple configuration mistake or a major feature request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO EAM?

There are elements of the user experience that are known to be slow or "laggy" for lack of a better term. There is noticeable clunkiness to how inventory actions are facilitated. The integration with AI also appears to be an afterthought. None of my team has ever utilized it. Not saying it's a poor feature, however, an option to hide it from view would be appreciated. "Shahrukh’s Support Turned Our EZO Experience Around"
5/5
What do you like best about EZO EAM?

Shahrukh is the reason we stayed with EZO. We had 2 prior consultants that made me hesitant of what EZO would be able to do for our company. Shahrukh turned that around. You need more Shahrukhs!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO EAM?

The previous 2 consultants did not strive to understand our needs and act upon them as Shahrukh did. I was about to abandon our account with EZO prior to working with Shahrukh Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Responsive and Customizable Inventory Management"
5/5
What do you like best about EZO EAM?

I love how EZO offers a thorough implementation process and is extremely responsive to requests and service inquiries. Their team partnered with me to help improve the product for my use case and others', which I find genuinely beneficial. I also appreciate how customizable EZO is, with the implementation team learning about my needs and customizing product features around them. Moreover, Hammad's helpfulness and responsiveness to general inquiries is much appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO EAM?

Some of the features in EZO are limited, particularly the request portal, as there aren't many ways to act on client requests. It would be better if there were more options and also a way to view the request portal on mobile. They are actually working to improve this now. I've also noticed that some features on the mobile app are limited compared to the web version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EZO Inventory: Powerful Tracking and Reporting Made Simple"
4/5
What do you like best about EZO EAM?

EZO offers an excellent asset tracking solution with detailed location history, assignments, check-in/check-out, and lifecycle management. It provides robust reporting, analytics, and alerts for maintenance, low stock, and other key events. The platform supports multi-site and multi-warehouse operations, with barcode/QR scanning and a mobile app for field updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO EAM?

While EZO generally performs well, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the overall user experience smoother. The search and filtering tools can be inconsistent at times, which makes it harder to locate items unless you already have very specific details or clear criteria in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
