EZ Lynx software has made customer management so easy. As an office administrator, it has really helped me keep our customer base organized. It covers all the necessary functions as well as many bells and whistles to adjust the system to your preference. EZ is simple to learn and offers much more functionality for the price than some of the other systems out there. As a new hire, I was able to come in with no prior knowledge and master the software in a really short amount of time. I'm always discovering new functions to help improve our customer service.
