**What do you like best about EZ Auto Scheduler?**

I love how I can always see what work is coming in and how to prepare our team to make sure that they are successful.  We can order parts early and our service time is reduced because we are prepared.

**What do you dislike about EZ Auto Scheduler?**

I can't think of anything that I dislike.  I would like to see some more robust reporting so that we can see what we thought was coming in and I could compare that to what the problem really was.

**What problems is EZ Auto Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to allow our customers to schedule their service was a huge win.  We have limited parking at the shop and I can't have tons of cars waiting to come into the shop.

**What do you like best about EZ Auto Scheduler?**

I really like that it can easily schedule the shifts for employees, considering their schedules as well, it gives a lot of solutions for arrangments.

**What do you dislike about EZ Auto Scheduler?**

Its UI and design are a bit outdated, mostly in their app.

**What problems is EZ Auto Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives you the best way to schedule work arrangements, it saves a lot of time as the software AI lets you know who's available for every shift.

It's easy to use and convenient. Allows you to schedule the appointment without requiring a person to resolve scheduling conflicts.

**What do you dislike about EZ Auto Scheduler?**

Not applicable. I was evaluating the product and there were no negative things that required attention or resolution.
