I find Extract Any Mail Ultimate fantastic for handling both mail extraction and file extraction in one package, which I prefer most. It's really easy for extracting data from local files like text, PDF, and Excel, which makes my tasks so much easier. If you're looking for an affordable, straightforward bulk mail extraction tool, it's a solid choice.
