Delays the advantages of this integration does not outweigh drawbacks. **What do you dislike about ExtendSync?** Their support team is slow and poor in resolving any issues within seconds. CloudExtend G Suite has not increased my workflow and productivity. The integration with the system caused timeout problems for users. **What problems is ExtendSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is room for improvement in simplifying the data entry workflow to minimize steps. CloudExtend G Suite for NetSuite is unable to solve the problem of integration between Gmail and NetSuite. ### 5. I like that I can check a box one time, and it will save all other replies in that thread automatically and will add all the previous responses as well. So if you are added to an email later in the discussion, you can read through all the replies. **What do you dislike about ExtendSync?** If images are embedded in the email instead of attached, you can't see what was sent in Netsuite. Also, there are times when the email thread gets confusing to read in Netsuite if there are a lot of entries, and sometimes there are two of the same email communications listed. I wish the communication section were easier to navigate. **What problems is ExtendSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** CloudExtend helps keep my inbox clear. Never again do I need to retain hundreds of emails because they contained one piece of information I needed. Now I can attach that email with the information to that customer record. Now, multiple team members can access the same data instead of just sitting in my inbox. ### 6. If you want to do business the hard way, then don't utilize this system. But if you DO, this is the best and easiest way to do business. **What do you dislike about ExtendSync?** Sometimes the system can lag, but this happens with almost every platform. The pros outweigh any "cons." **What problems is ExtendSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's saving me time by being able to attach my emails and PDFs directly to our NetSuite rather than pulling them up, downloading them and dragging it to another screen. ### 9. The amount of time saved not having to switch back and forth really does add up. • Finding related records is a breeze and happens automatically! **What do you dislike about ExtendSync?** I'd like to have better control over the display/editability of custom fields. We have tons of them and if I need to make edits to a record I typically do have to open up an actual Netsuite tab. So while CloudExtend does get me quickly to the record I need, it'd be nice to be able to edit any field from the side panel in Gmail. **What problems is ExtendSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data entry can be a time sink, so being able to create a workflow that reduces the number of steps it takes to pull info from my e-mail messages and put it into Netsuite is a huge benefit. ### 10. This allows the Order to Cash team and the Procure to Pay team to improve our customer and vendor experiences. **What problems is ExtendSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using this product to enhance our ITGC Controls. Changes that are made to master files in NetSuite all require a service ticket to be in compliance.
