Who is Explorium pricing best suited for?

Explorium's pricing is best suited for small businesses and mid-market teams in computer software, financial services, and edtech. G2 reviewers from small businesses dominate the review base, using Explorium for lead enrichment, firmographic data, and ICP-based targeting at the Starter and Growth tiers. Mid-market financial services firms gravitate toward Scale or Custom tiers, leveraging alternative data sources for credit risk modeling and predictive analytics. The Custom tier with dedicated CSM and custom CRM integrations fits enterprise or high-volume B2B platforms reselling enriched data. G2 reviews of Explorium also show adoption among education management users for dataset collection and model training at entry-level price points.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Explorium?

Explorium's free trial operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, giving buyers limited evaluation access without a subscription commitment. Explorium's paid tiers start at $99.00 one-time for Starter, scaling to $749.00 for Growth and $7,500.00 for Scale, all structured as one-time purchases with no subscription. The Custom tier adds volume discounts, additional QPM, search preview, resell rights, custom CRM integrations, and a dedicated CSM — features absent from lower tiers. G2 reviewers highlight API access, CRM enrichment, and contact data quality as core paid capabilities. The free trial lets teams preview contacts before committing, which one G2 reviewer specifically called out as a differentiating advantage.

Is Explorium considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate Explorium 4.5/5 overall, with strong value sentiment across segments. One reviewer explicitly noted Explorium cut costs in half versus their previous provider, and another cited huge ROI for startups tackling GTM challenges. A financial services reviewer highlighted savings from consolidating multiple data source subscriptions into one connection. Compared to Clearbit, at least one G2 reviewer switched to Explorium for more accurate B2B data. Minor concerns include API billing inflexibility and inconsistent SMB coverage. Given the one-time payment structure across Explorium's pricing tiers rather than recurring subscriptions, buyers get predictable spend with no ongoing fees, which G2 reviewers in financial services and computer software consistently frame as cost-effective.

What do you like best about Explorium?

I use Explorium for lead generation in edtech, and it has changed the way we work. As a CEO, I appreciate how it enhances CRM data with B2B information like company financials and prospect behavior, which immediately increases conversions. I like the easy integration of the API and the responsive support. The seamless API integration in my website is fantastic, and the data enrichment feature is a standout. It enriches CRM contacts with firmographics and buying indicators in real time without the hassle of ETL. The setup was easy, and the UI is perfect for my needs. Explorium offered more accurate B2B data than Clearbit, which is why we switched. I find the return on investment to be huge and highly recommend it to startup firms struggling with GTM problems.
