I love that I can rest easy at the end of the day and know that I have Expandi to be working on my behalf - Love Automation. I have increased my following and connections by the hundreds in a short period of time and because I have campaigns working for me in the background, our business is becoming more top of mind to new prospects and leads. Set up is easy and working with their technical team is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two things I would suggest solutions for:

1. Increasing the limit of 2,500 in searches as it can be a lot to figure out how to break down large searches on LinkedIn Sale Nav

2. Every time I update my LinkedIn company page event with a new date and time in the future, I have to message the Technical team with the updated info so it can show up in my Campaigns. It would be great if this were automatic in some way so that I don't have to wait for the technical team to manually update my event so I can run an Event Invite campaign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's ease of scaling multiple messages and touches to my LI network. Savings a ton of cut/paste manual work. Their customer support is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was challenging to get my LinkedIn account connected. Also the workspace I was invited into didn't automatically appear as I had to go find it under settings (top right). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The programme is great with a lot of functionalities - different to others on the market.

I was having an issue connecting my LinkedIn account during my free trial and Neville was kind enough to hop on a Zoom call with me and walk me through how to connect it. I've never had such great customer service on a free trial! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Patricija is a member of the Expandi.io technical support team. Expandi is an incredible product. It is however at times complicated to understand the nuances of. Not the day to day use. The things like "how do I connect Expandi to my CRM via Zapier when a lead declines my connection request but I want to track that lead later on and send them an email?" are complicated to work through. I have a strong grasp of how the system works. But I love it when Patricija is available to answer my tech support questions and to spit ball ideas about how to best achieve my goals. Her knowledge of the system is head and shoulders above most of the team that I have encountered and she always comes up with practical workarounds. Sometimes things don't work and the response time from the "technical team" to solve problems when your support ticket gets escalated - sometimes it is just too long eg 1 month plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
