# How has Expandi.io customer care helped you with integrations and early campaign setup?

Expandi.io customer care has been great and engaging, especially for understanding integrations and early campaign performance while getting started. I have not run into downsides yet, but our campaigns have not gone live, so we are still waiting to see how it goes. We are hoping it helps us ramp up the number of people we can reach. What has your experience been once campaigns went live?
