We were long-term subscribers to CBizsoft, and then Exelare. We worked closely with the design team, and they allowed us to white-label and design how we wanted the CRM to look. The feel and look of it was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes updates took a little longer to move forward. They moved from an app to a browser format, which took a little longer than we wanted. The look and feel were getting closer to where we needed it, but not as fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
