They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about ExB?** ExB provides a Holistic Document View, particularly such that their AI processes incoming requests as a whole, meaning that different components (such as a cover letter, an invoice, attached images) are treated as a single document and information is extracted based on document structure and relational cues. It is a highly modular and scalable software solution, allowing us to achieve the highest degree of automation without human supervision. **What do you dislike about ExB?** ExB uses the latest deep learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms combined with computer vision to understand the content of emails and attached documents based on positional cues, context, structure, intent. However, one issue that we run into here lies in the fact that it requires a lot of training data to get the software live, which may not be readily available with all organizations. **What problems is ExB solving and how is that benefiting you?** The help integrate processes into one single platform, such that with ExB you don't need to manage a series of API providers for different use cases. Their platform covers every use case and workflow, even the most uncommon ones. ExB extracts based on the information that we as users need to carry out the process. ExB excels in the pre-trained modules and scalable solutions that help customers understand and predict the 70% output before starting the project. Any organization requires a robust knowledgeable team, and ExB has one. This quality helps our organization's informative aspects, including data management hierarchy ideas. **What do you dislike about ExB?** The Automation and products trained for the workflow and extraction information are flawless. Still, integrating AI modules with existing input management software can be better for their skill set. **What problems is ExB solving and how is that benefiting you?** ExB helped our organization in data classification for claims management Automation. We impressed the pre-modules and modified them accurately per our organization's requirements. So "No Dislike" for now. **What problems is ExB solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Business, there are a number of problems that are being addressed by the system if that is designed in a way that meets the requirements.
