Once the information is encoded in the entries tab, they should provide data backup options or auto-save it. **What problems is Exact Globe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me monitor my daily and weekly entries. In that way, I can easily track and edit my activities. Additionally, the app's dashboard seems basic and uncomplicated, making it user-friendly and simple to comprehend. With many application windows open, it can slow down performance. with many companies it can start generating errors (longer loading times) **What problems is Exact Globe solving and how is that benefiting you?** They repair reported defects on an ongoing basis (updates usually appear about once a month). We can customize it thoroughly considering our business application. We come to know that it has a high potential of supporting a variety of business domains. It has modules like finance, cash flow, and invoicing. Its menu is very clear and we haven’t faced any kind of trouble in initiating and using it. We can enter invoices and receipts easily into it. The most appealing part for us is its financial reports which are highly precise and also its bookkeeping feature. Our business activity monitoring has become quite efficient since we started using it. **What do you dislike about Exact Globe?** It is a pretty good software but it has some bugs about which I have complained earlier too but they took a very long time than desired to solve that and bugs are still there. **What problems is Exact Globe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Exact Globe is a phenomenal software for all those looking for a complete ERP solution, using it our work has become very efficient and simple. The endless potential for customizations make this a potent business application for most customers. It can support various customer segments across multiple business domains namely HR, Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing and Finance. The various modules in the ERP solution easily integrate with existing systems. It also offers business productivity solutions and goes hand in hand with basic desktop applications like Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications. The learning curve is not too difficult and Exact has done a thorough job in enabling customers to train end users. The partner support ecosystem, makes the offering all the more exciting with a variety of flavors to choose from and off the shelf modules catering to complex functional and technical requirements. All in all it is a tested and proven solution with decades of experience and expertise. **What do you dislike about Exact Globe?** Some modules of Exact use the legacy stack and its still work in progress as they move ahead to the new stack. While Exact is totally committed to the cloud, the product ecosystem is still work in progress in terms of being an end to end cloud offering. For now it is still a desktop application with some modules having moved to a web based model. But its a journey which has already begun and will see success in the near future. **Recommendations to others considering Exact Globe:** If you are a player in the SME segment then Exact Globe is the way to go. It is easy to implement and configure and the returns are in the foreseeable short term. It also has an excellent partner network which provides a wide array of custom solutions to choose from. **What problems is Exact Globe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Globe is the powerhouse for us in terms of accounting and HR. It is also the benchmark for us in our project management activities. The PM module gives us an all encompassing view by making it extremely easy to get an overview of costs and revenues for projects. It also helps us track our employee work hours. The workflow driven HR Module supports all our HR processes starting from recruitment to onboarding to exit. It has helped reduce cost overheads by doing away with multiple systems and thereby reduced productivity. The Exact Synergy suite provides us with an enterprise wide portal platform to deliver and disseminate knowledge across the organization. With Synergy we have truly well transitioned into an at your finger tips knowledge driven organization. ### 11. Cause I only focus on the Planning abd si Far it's good i do also usa the Purchase Module and still i am satisfied cause it makes my work easier when wanted to know the history of the items ang its usages. **What problems is Exact Globe solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Inventory Control cause in the past years we have a problem in inventory, we also have overstocking like it it comes to a point there is no place where to put the stocks cause of our warehouse is so full.
