I use ThankView every day, and it’s very easy to use with a straightforward interface. I’m excited to see the upcoming upgrades and how the platform continues to grow. We have ThankView and Pledgemine integrated through Evertrue, and overall we’ve been very happy with our experience. I do think the connection to our CRM is somewhat limited, but that’s more on our side than on ThankView. ThankView is where I handle most things, and its performance has been outstanding. I honestly can’t remember running into any real issues with it. There are a few limitations with the video capabilities, but overall it’s a great product, and I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. We already had the product in place by the time I came on board, but we meet with our customer support manager frequently, and she is amazing. She answers all of our questions and is genuinely a joy to interact with. The feature I love most is the automated birthday scheduling, because it makes birthday campaigns so much easier for me and I don’t have to worry about them for the rest of the month.

How easy it is for students to make their own videos on ThankView. It's easy to train them, and then they have full access and autonomy to work independently.

I love the Pledgemine design catalog. It's so helpful for getting ideas to refresh our mail pieces.
