EventMobi can handle hyper-personalized agendas for end users by using a few upload grids. This lets me manage all of my personalized table, seating, and session assignments in one place, and then upload agendas so attendees can view their predefined schedules. Even better, when I need to make agenda changes, I can upload updates using specific IDs for sessions and attendees, and EventMobi applies those updates automatically. It’s essentially one document where I can make changes and keep everything current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could customize more of the app’s layout and make certain functions easier to adjust. I can always make changes using the advanced designer, but sometimes even simple updates end up requiring a lot of design work. I also wish there were a way to speed up the login process for attendees. Most people forget their password from one meeting to the next and have to rely on one-time passcodes. It’s not a major issue, but it could still use a bit of improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
