I use EventMobi as an app for conferences because of its easy implementation and use, which adds to the ease of our attendees. I appreciate its friendly interface and the real-time updates feature. The 24-hour help line wasn't there when we needed it. Sometimes uploading information is a bit clunky. The host view for the Q&A function is a bit of a pain as they are all separate URLs. I wish the exhibition floorplan was a bit more dynamic. Uploading the information can take time, and I wish there was more support on designing the homepage. I like how EventMobi is extremely user-friendly. It allows us to efficiently disperse information to all delegates at the same time or preschedule notifications. The app is easy to navigate for end users and straightforward on the back end with drag and drop elements, thanks to the preset templates. I think EventMobi in general is great, but what could be improved is adding more elements for delegates to have one-to-one meetings. EventMobi’s ability to import sessions, speakers, attendees, sponsors, and personalized agendas significantly streamlined the event setup process. The centralized management system made it efficient to organize and structure content in advance of the conference.

Additionally, the platform made it easy to update session details in real time and quickly communicate changes to attendees through push notifications. While document uploads were available within individual sessions, all files automatically populated into the central “Document” library.

I like the integration of registration with EventMobi, especially with Salesforce CRM. The registration that goes through the website seamlessly flows into Salesforce CRM, and this integration is set up with EventMobi making the process much easier. It automatically uploads everyone who's registered in the CRM into EventMobi as registered for our hybrid virtual events. Additionally, the initial setup of EventMobi seemed to be pretty seamless, as our IT team worked effectively with their IT team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the design features for virtual events could be expanded. There should be more native integrations, or native aspects where you don't need an integration or API integration. I love using EventMobi to power our conferences and corporate events because it brings everything into one place for our delegates. I really appreciate EventMobi's flexibility, which allows us to use base functions and plug in external tools as needed. The ease of use when creating new events is fantastic; once I've built a few events in EventMobi, setting up a new one becomes really quick because the structure is already in place. We would love the gamification not to be as manual as it currently is. Currently you have to type in a code to receive points, and that limits us on quizzes, riddles, and workarounds for attendees to get codes and type in for points. We can not clone events and have all of the information carry over. You have to upload instructor photos for ever event. The system should have a photo catalog that remembers previously added photos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like EventMobi's very clean user experience. The app is quite intuitive for users and guests. I also appreciate the ability to customize and protect certain people's data, which is important.
