Eval and go is a really great tool and easy to use but I find that there are many free alternatives in the marketplace that I can use just as well and have just as good results. **What do you dislike about Eval&GO?** The cost is a big negative in my opinion as I mentioned above there are many free options in the marketplace they do the same thing the lack one or two options that this particular service does provide. You can preview your survey in different layouts: Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. 4) Organizer is very good feature if you need to rearrange questions for a long survey. Although social networks help a lot generating impact on users with their interactive content, many prefer to use email marketing as a main strategy, because they claim that it generates three times more conversion, profits and therefore results than social networks. Price-wise, it's better to go with freeware at this point. **What problems is Eval&GO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are no longer using the product, but while we did our team found a great deal of benefits mostly from the analytical details you can draw from the data, through a vast array of charts and spreadsheets after surveys have been received, as well as the ability to reach out and follow up on an individual basis through the system after results have been analyzed. ### 7. Easy to navigate as you create questions and perform follow up with your audience. **What do you dislike about Eval&GO?** Very low threshold for what you get for free- charging $25 per user per month is your only option if you have more than one user. Not scale-able for large populations. Especially given the tools are not all that special or unique. **Recommendations to others considering Eval&GO:** Use at low volumes- it's free and has all the tools you need with a small population. But consider some other competitors if you need higher response rates. **What problems is Eval&GO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Patient feedback- we contracted out our survey and evaluation programs to the lowest bidder, but eventually we could not agree on enterprise pricing with Eval&GO. ### 8.
