It has all the necessary feature right from flight, hotel bookings to taxi and cab bookings in Uber. The best feature is it helps companies to be more sustainable by choosing options that emit less carbon footprints from their business travel needs. The mobile and desktop app are well built and delivers premium customer experiences. It has a very user friendly interface and very intuitive. Customer support is very responsive and have closed our queries in less time. **What do you dislike about Deem?** Hotel bookings interface needs to be impored because, while booking hotels it seems to be difficult to assess the location and the distance from the users location. **What problems is Deem solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing intenational and domestic travels for our organizational business requirements has a hectic task for our team to handle. It has mobile technology that makes it easy for users to make the correct selection of their trips and also offers the ability to compare travel tickets so that, in this way, it is possible to obtain the option that most benefits the user through. **What do you dislike about Deem?** I believe that this platform should provide the function of flight tracking in time so that senior management can keep track of the route of employees who are flying and should reinforce the hotel reservation function which is a bit weak. **What problems is Deem solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing travel costs is no longer a headache since I am using Deem, as it makes it easy to track flight deals through its innovative technology. It is a very easy-to-use platform for us, as the basic knowledge gained through websites like Booking.com and Expedia, which were the sites we commonly used, allows us to easily navigate within Deem. ### 6. I use the app most of the time to schedule flights and book hotels for my business trips, I fly about once every three months. The functions of the platform are well done, the option to schedule flights and check prices I really like, being able to book the hotel and having a good amount of options to choose from helps a lot because it saves time. **What do you dislike about Deem?** I have few complaints regarding the app it works very well, some details with flight tracking and alerts, but nothing serious, supposedly it integrates with the best flight and hotel platforms, however, many times Deem gives me a price, and then I check on my own and get better deals, I think they should focus on offering better quality deals for those of us who use the app on a daily basis. **What problems is Deem solving and how is that benefiting you?** Deem allows us to manage business travel throughout the organization, coordinate seminars in other countries, even allows us to schedule trips for training of our employees in areas of interest to our work system, it is also very useful for project meetings many times the client is out of the country and wants a personal meeting to close a deal Deem is responsible for scheduling flights and book our hotels to have the best possible organization and not waste time on the trip. ### 7. When I book a flight, DEEM present me with all of the options, including flights on my preferred airlines and flights that adhere to my employer's travel policy. For budgeting and planning future trips ,it provides me real time insights of my expenses on travel. It's Integration with third party apps like Uber and other hotel and flight books apps makes my travel even more comfortable as It allows me to book all these from a single place, so I don't have to wait at airport for Cabs, enables me to compare different options and choose the flight that best meets my need. **What do you dislike about Deem?** It's can be little challenging to implement it , especially when we are working in a company with complex travel policies. I have experienced trouble in making hotel and flight reservation as well as errors with expense tracking, which needs to improved as soon as possible as it is very frustrating. Also sometimes the customer support team is not that much responsive or they don't have a satisfactory resolution of the problem. **What problems is Deem solving and how is that benefiting you?** For flights and hotels I used to have spend a lot of time scouring different websites,here just by logging in I can quickly access my Deem account and see all of the my options in one place. Previous, I was concerned about whether or not my travel plans adhere to the guidelines established by my employer, here Deem automatically implements the policies means I have no longer need to worry about this. I used to manually record data of my expenses over the travel, using Deem, my company's expenses management system receives and automatic record of my expense. ### 8. It's a brilliant and exceptional tool that supports great features on the dashboard which are very easy and simple to understand. Since i started using it, i have been able to manage my expenses and i can later see what i have spent. It works for Hotels, Flights, and even Uber, which simply means that you don't need to keep a tab of different booking portals. It can be used anytime and anywhere on Android as well as iOS mobile devices, user-friendly interface. **What do you dislike about Deem?** I found some minor glitches while using the Android application but were later fixed very quickly with an update. The customer support team was not that responsive, I would say it has a lot of room for improvement.
