What problems is EthOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a new user to the system, I quickly saw opportunities to improve efficiency—but I wasn’t sure how to turn those ideas into reality. That’s where Robyn came in. I explained what I was envisioning, and she immediately understood and showed me exactly how to make it happen. "A wonderful Diary and Ethnography tool"

What do you like best about EthOS?

This tool is extremely easy to use, which is extremely rare, given its power and flexibility. You can tell an enormous amount of thought went into designing each page and making it easy for anyone to launch, field, and report on a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EthOS?

It is hard to criticize this product. If I had to, it would be that Dutch is not being offered as a language in the apps. However, I have been told it is being worked on and will be available next month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EthOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Ethosapp to get a view into the everyday lives of our customers as they use our products. We have realized the importance of video feedback and how easy it is to collect and manage in Ethosapp. We are investing heavily in seeing our customers use our products and being able to follow up with them as they provide feedback. In the past, all our feedback was via traditional quantitative surveys, which was highly flawed. Since using Ethosapp, we have been able to make better-informed decisions and easily share the results with key shareholders to implement change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A platform built for non technical folks"

What do you like best about EthOS?

The platform was built by a well-known professor/ethnographer in the United Kingdom. A market research company recently took it over to increase its usage and build on its initial use cases. The tool is highly flexible, and the team always looks for feedback to improve it. As a non-technical person, you will be pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use. "Best User Experience (UX) & Mobile Ethnography Platform"

What do you like best about EthOS?

The best part of EthOS is the platform's usability and how easy and fast you can launch a project on your own. The team brands itself as the only real DIY platform, and as a prior user of other tools, I can say this is an accurate statement. Another game-changer is that they do not limit the length of videos, so unlike other platforms with 1-2 minute limits, they do not restrict your users, which allows them to talk freely and not worry about hitting a time restraint.
