Ethnio is an essential part of our research operations toolkit. It has enabled me to centralize screener creation, scheduling, incentives, and panel management into a single platform. Previously, I was using numerous tools and spreadsheets to manage these tasks. The platform's clean and intuitive user experience, along with its responsive support team vis Slack, has been invaluable. The platform is really good, but a few additional customization options would be beneficial. I've found that the dashboard data is heavily focused on quantitative stats, and I would appreciate a clearer view of trends and narratives.
