Ethnio makes it so much easier to recruit and manage participants who represent the populations and usage patterns my clients need to understand. Once they get into it, using the tool actually helps our clients get smarter about qualitative research instead of focusing on numbers. A lot of organizations see recruiting as a barrier to "doing the research" and Ethnio helps demonstrate how recruiting, selecting, and managing participants also yields a tremendous amount of insights and information.
