The most helpful thing about the software is being able to pull up accounts near you. After scheduled calls, you can just pull up the site while in your car and see if anyone is close by that you can prospect and not have to worry about whether or not they ship online. The biggest problem has been filtering through companies to find the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Using Etailinsights, over half the battle is done since they only provide companies that are in the retail ecom space. I wish it was a little better at finding and tracking the accounts that more tightly align to my ICPs (upper mid market to Enterprise Grade Digital marketing programs) and would have the key contacts built out before a research request being needed.
