EstateMaster Investment Appraisal (IA) is a property valuation and investment analysis tool that uses Income Capitalisation and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis to accurately appraise a propertys purchase and disposal values based on its rental cash flow forecast for up to 40 years.

Estate Manager DF does an excellent job of thorough data processing. The layout is aesthetically pleasing and is simple to use.

**What do you dislike about EstateMaster IA?**

Improvements in customer service wait times and availability.

**What problems is EstateMaster IA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about EstateMaster IA?**

Ease of use and the colors used for their pages. I am self-taught in almost all the programs I've ever used in my life, and I feel that this would be very easy for a newcomer.

**What do you dislike about EstateMaster IA?**

I had trouble getting any sort of immediate help. There should be a 20-minute option for our chat or another way for members to get answers to questions.

**Recommendations to others considering EstateMaster IA:**

I really like it and definitely recommend it.
