With the help of managed It services, we are easily managing our services.

Communication. This is key in our line of work today and can sometimes be a painstaking task to find those who can work alongside and communicate well.

**What do you dislike about Managed IT Services?**

The timely response had been a concern in the past, but by working together and making an agreement on expectations for both parties, we were able to pivot back on track. Things have been going well.

**What problems is Managed IT Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can leverage MITS for work outside our immediate client network to help service our customers. The benefit is being able to have reliability in a team who is knowledge and able to schedule work to be done in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about Managed IT Services?**

It improves the efficiency and security of our IT operations while reducing costs and allowing the company to focus on its core business activities. They provide replacement asap when the employee resigns.

**What do you dislike about Managed IT Services?**

We became dependent on the provider for properly functioning our IT systems. The cost may exceed the price of in-house IT staff if the company has enough workload.

None as of the moment.

Managed IT Services provides extra hands in managing our IT infrastructure.
