I spend 5 days a week from 8:30 am till 12:00 pm prospecting on the phone, I recently

switched to espresso , at first I thought having one line to dial was going to be a problem, since i had been using

a multiple dialer for years, not only my conversion numbers got better, i am talking talking

to more people, and as an added bonus i can fall back and listen to past conversations right there

on the contact, no more guess work if i didn’t take good notes; which happens when your prospecting

Everything you need to call contacts is on one screen. You can call, send an email or video and keep your calendar all at one time. Very efficient system. I also like the interviews with top producing agents using Espresso Agent and tips to make more effective calls. Espresso Agent features and quality for lead generation surpasses any system I have seen in my 26+ years as a Realtor. Expired and For Sale By Owner leads provided by Espresso Agent have accurate phone numbers (usually more than 1 phone number) and e-mail addresses. Information about the lead, including photos and past listing information is accurate and at your fingertips with this system when you dial the number. The feature of being able to input and organize your notes and being able to add them immediately (while you are on the call to the lead) to your calendar for an appointment or follow-up is amazing. Also, there is a neighborhood data program that an agent can use to farm a specific area and circle prospect around a listing for a minimal additional charge. Additionally, you are able to create in your library email templates and videos to send from your account to potential seller and buyer leads. The weekly training videos and live calls with expert coaches on motivation, tips to improve your scripts, objection handlers and interviews with top producers using Espresso Agent will help an agent get appointments with leads that are provided and learn to convert those leads into appointments; creating more listings and buyer sales. If you follow up on the leads and use the Espresso Agent system, you will be successful in real estate. I haven't discovered anything I don't like. There is a period of time it takes to learn to use the system because there are so many features. But the training calls and videos are helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since having Espresso Agent I have increased my business tremendously. The trainings they offer both live and pre-recorded are very well done and extremely helpful. The dialer system is great and very user friendly. The CRM is so easy to use. I love the professional emails you can create with the system.
