What do you like best about Esper?

The Remote Viewer / Remote Control component got updates. A bigger frame for better usability, ability to capture screenshots, navigation UI improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Esper?

The only new thing I can mention is that I was able to download some reports about the tablets that I needed. Unfortunately, it's the only new relevant thing I can mention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Esper?

Unfortunately, it was getting too expensive versus the benefit we could really provide for our partners, so we decided just to do troubleshooting without the need for Esper, and it has worked just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
