**What do you like best about ERP Integration?**

ERP integration provided us with a connected 360-degree view of all data and processes from a single dashboard.

**What do you dislike about ERP Integration?**

There is not much to dislike about ERP Integraton.

**What problems is ERP Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ERP integration eliminated data silos. All our agents now look at the same updated data as everyone else and the entire team gets to communicate real-time and plan accordingly. We improved our efficiency and reduced wait times by 100%

**What do you like best about ERP Integration?**

"White glove treatment" is how they treat clients - super special. They put their A+ team on every client account. With many larger SIs and consulting firms, they may not get the same one to one treatment.

**What do you dislike about ERP Integration?**

I can't think of anything that I dislike about rStar Technologies
