Webhook support for streaming updates (in real-time) has eliminated pauses in syncing between our PIM and frontend (w/c was a pretty big pain point before). The user permissions system also allows our team granular control over who can edit what, which helps ensure nothing gets accidentally overwritten. **What do you dislike about Ergonode PIM?** It has a solid functionality core, but workflows customization is still out of the box. We previously had to create hacks to build conditional logic on some product approvals. The documentation isn't very deep in terms of more complex use-cases (for example, how it can be used for bulk operations through the API).One other little complaint is the dashboard speed with huge catalogs (50K+ SKUs). The filtering and searching can be sluggish, but the API stays responsive. **What problems is Ergonode PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before ergonode-pim We had our product data in random spreadsheets and old databases, which caused inconsistencies on the live site (among others mismatched prices, unavailability of variants). Now there is One Source of Truth – reducing QA time by ~40%.The main victory for development is the headless friendly architecture. Without middleware, we are able to leverage product data in our React frontend and eliminate latency.
