Unlike traditional diversity training workshops, Thrive is a cloud-based training solution that is scalable, self-paced and remote-ready. In fact, the platform was designed to address the fundamental problem with traditional diversity programming — that is, awareness workshops (such as unconscious bias training), alone are ineffective at facilitating behavior change. The latest research makes it clear that employees need personalized, continuous training that doesn't interrupt their workflow, boosts knowledge retention and is focused on actual on-the-job skills. It increases engagement, supports skills development, and it connects with with business tools. **What do you dislike about Thrive?** As a new user Thrive was little hard to learn and access, specially during setup. It is little expensive and many customization options can feel confusing without proper help or training. **What problems is Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helpful to learn new technologies from anywhere anytime. ### 2.
