Thrive is a diversity microlearning platform that provides user-adaptive, skills-based training in 1-2 minute sessions. Unlike traditional diversity training workshops, Thrive is a cloud-based training solution that is scalable, self-paced and remote-ready. In fact, the platform was designed to address the fundamental problem with traditional diversity programming — that is, awareness workshops (such as unconscious bias training), alone are ineffective at facilitating behavior change. The latest research makes it clear that employees need personalized, continuous training that doesn't interrupt their workflow, boosts knowledge retention and is focused on actual on-the-job skills. In keeping with this, the Thrive platform uses a machine learning algorithm to adaptively equip learners to exhibit greater inclusivity through four modules of content that focus on inclusive talent management, team-building and conflict resolution. Thrive also produces significant learning analytics data that is invaluable for diagnostic, performance management and ROI / impact analysis purposes.
