The tool itself is customizable and easy to use when collecting reports. Implementation was fairly easy. Editing the back end is also easy. And the user experience for reporters using the online form is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Slow response times on tickets submitted for help. Quirks in the system make use difficult (e.g., not easy to search for cases by case number, linked cases don't always work, permissions don't always apply accurately, etc.). Representations were made regarding system feature availability and the features still haven't been made available after months. Finally, reporting features are severely lacking.
