It is purely made to fulfill the event management, meetings, and visitor management. It takes cares of booking audit, event notifications, and booking customization. It is a smooth application to work with. **What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?** It is mainly dependent on the infrastructure, there will performance issues if it is not deployed correctly, hence one must adhere to the vendor's recommendations while installing the application. The application doesn't provide APIs which can be integrated by other applications which could make the flow seamlessly.. **Recommendations to others considering Eptura Engage:** The application is quite easy to use and understand and I would recommend going to this application. It will ease with the bookings where you can manage minuscule requirements and act accordingly. It's quick, easy and allows them to enter the premises with minimal delay. **What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?** There have been rare clashes with the system, with multiple teams arriving to find they each have bookings for a certain room at a certain time. But this has only happened a few times in the two years I've been using Condeco. **What problems is Eptura Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing guests to quickly and easily sign in and skipping long waits while FOH verify their visit. Might be due to on-site tech but it crashes from time and time. I like the app. **What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?** The web version on mobile doesn’t work correctly.
