**What do you like best about Eptura Engage?**

Eptura Engage is an amazing software for office resource booking. The best thing about this app is its user interface. The app has a proper interface with easy navigation tools. There are multiple options to book a personal space or a meeting space for the workplace. The floor layout gives a complete view of the desk arrangement, which makes it easier to locate the right desk for seat booking. This app is very helpful in handling seat booking for my workplace.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

The app's features are impressive. One thing that bothers me about this app is that when you are booking a personal space, you have a weekly limit for the number of seats you can book. These bookings are done for AM and PM for each day, and the maximum booking limit is 6 per week. Hence, one can only book 3 seats for a week, which makes the process tedious for booking seats for further days. As my workplace has very stringent rules for seat booking, even if one day is missed for the seat booking, we lose our seat for that day of the week. The limit factor is the only thing I dislike about the app. The rest of the app is fine with me.

**What problems is Eptura Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eptura Engage has helped my team and me to plan the roster for work-from-office days effectively. As we need to do seat planning and meeting space booking for hosting meetings and activities, eptura engage has been an effective solution for all these arrangements. I am responsible for booking personal and meeting spaces for my team, and this app has helped me a lot in efficient space planning and collaboration with other teams. The best thing is that it also has a mobile app, which makes the task of resource booking even easier, as I can do it anywhere, anytime, without the need for a desktop/laptop.

**What do you like best about Eptura Engage?**

Engages booking grids have been an invaluable tool for our team, providing clear insight into the utilization of our conference rooms and hybrid spaces. The ability to quickly identify under - and over- utilized areas has helped us optimize how we manage our spaces. I also appreciate the option to view room photos, and location maps, which makes navigating and reserving the right space straightforward and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

The area where Engage could improve is in troubleshooting. Currently, resolving issues requires multiple steps and investigations, which can be time-consuming. Customer support would be more effective if it provided clearer step-by-step guides for addressing specific problems. Additionally, greater integration between iOffice and Engage would be valuable- for example, ensuring that changes made in iOffice are automatically reflected in Engage.

**What do you like best about Eptura Engage?**

I like that Eptura Engage offers very responsive support, usually replying within the same day. The ability to customize emails for meeting invites is great, and having APIs allows me to visualize the whole application. It's simple and easy to test and use, which makes managing my booking system for meeting rooms straightforward. I also appreciate the immediate support, being able to see my bookings via email, getting reminders, and the ease of booking meeting rooms.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

I feel that Eptura Engage should improve on their add-in plugins and also probably allow mobile push notifications. Improvement on add-in speed to load the page faster, allow AI insights (e.g., commonly booked rooms suggestions at the top) and also send mobile push notifications.

**What problems is Eptura Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eptura Engage helps me manage meeting room bookings and ensures easy booking for my organization's employees. It offers immediate support, email booking visibility, reminders, and customizable meeting invites, alongside APIs for visualization.

**What do you like best about Eptura Engage?**

A range of services that covers what we need to manage staff use of common areas and shared items in the workplace.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

The lack of service or knowledge from the help desk really frustrates my team. We still have an ongoing issue with the booking panels and it's more than 6 months now. We constantly get the same response back from the tech team and no one has been able to tell us what went wrong or what is the root cause of the problem. Some of our panels work, some don't. They have all been set up the same way. About half of them went into fault one day and we've been in the cycle of constant back and forth emails. It shouldn't be this difficult. Currently, we're finding this is causing more pain for our end users.

**What problems is Eptura Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the start of our engagement with Eptura Engage, it helped our workplace manage staff use of hot desks and meeting rooms. 
Over time, the ability of the service moved further away from our needs. It is currently not helping us solve anything, but causing more end user pain.

**What do you like best about Eptura Engage?**

I find the Eptura Engage app very user friendly. The desk booking feature is reliable and robust, which I like a lot. I also appreciate the QR code check-in for desks, as it proves that the desk was used and allows us to record and analyze data on office space usage. The room screens that offer instant booking are great too; they let colleagues jump into an empty room for quick calls, and we can still keep track of the usage data. These features make managing office space in a blended working environment a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

The sync with Microsoft Outlook for bookings using the Add-In is problematic, especially for recurrent bookings. You can't add a room to an existing Outlook recurrent booking easily, and the process isn't intuitive compared to how Outlook typically works. We have to spend a lot of time on communication and follow-up to inform users how to use the system effectively. If a booking fails, like when an erroneous conflict email is sent, support can't engage with Outlook unless the user has saved the meeting invitation to refer back to.

I use Eptura Engage to book desks and rooms, effectively accommodating staff during blended working times. The QR code check-in and instant booking enhance data collection and space usage analysis, allowing colleagues seamless access to spaces for quick meetings.

**What do you like best about Eptura Engage?**

The whole company uses it every day and it just works. We’ve relied on it for desk and room booking for over 8 years, and it’s become part of our normal routine. The Outlook integration makes booking really easy, and the mobile app is handy for booking on the go. It’s simple, reliable, and does exactly what we need.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

Some parts of the interface and admin setup feel a bit dated, and a few things take more tweaking than you’d expect. Nothing major though.

**What problems is Eptura Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage desks and meeting rooms without the usual chaos. People can book space easily, and we get good visibility on how the office is being used. Overall, it’s helped support flexible working when we went into lockdown and started working more remotely, and made better use of our space.

Eptura Engage is helping us streamline the management of desk and room bookings across multiple offices around the world. Before using the platform, coordinating workspace availability across time zones and locations was a logistical challenge. Now, with a centralized and user-friendly system, our teams can easily reserve desks and meeting rooms wherever they are, without relying on manual processes or local admin support. This has improved space utilization, reduced booking conflicts, and made it much easier for employees to plan their workdays—especially in hybrid environments. The number of options and possible settings for the configuration of meeting rooms. The flexibility of this configuration. A responsive, friendly, and professional support. A team that is available to respond to our requests.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

The bugs encountered with the M365 add-in (often unfortunately related to changes made by Microsoft) and their significant impact on our users, but Eptura has placed a very high priority on resolving them. The difficulty with certain settings that should be native and not specific in the product (such as email translation). The loss of certain features when we migrated to the latest Outlook add-in (non-retrieval of users' privileged profiles, removal of moderation email sending).

The complexity of my organization and the need to moderate certain spaces, with different teams. The need to free up spaces if they are not being used. The necessity of having very detailed reports on the use of our rooms and the booking habits of our users.

**What do you like best about Eptura Engage?**

Easy to use, intuitive system. Perfect for managing "Back to Office" tasks during Covid situation, but of course will be helpful too after that.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

Some options/menu items etc. are not where supposed to be. For admins, it's sometimes a little bit tricky, e.g., when you want to bulk update multiple desks, there should be an option for doing that. Currently, you have to select each item and edit it manually.

For vendor dashboard (cleaning team) there should be also an option to see the desks on the floorplan. At the moment there is just a list view and it's not practical that cleaning staff can't see which desk (number) is in which office.

We manage all our desks, including installed hardware over Condeco. So it would be nice if we could use the report section to create a report where we can see which/how many docking stations type x, or monitors type y we currently have. At the moment, that's not possible because you can't select custom attributes in reports.

Overall, the report section should get more features.

The mobile app should also show desk attributes (like the web app)!

**What problems is Eptura Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage "Back to Office" task during the pandemic situation. Manage all desks and spaces to make a secure environment for all colleagues.
To get an overview of the currently used workspace and make decisions regarding new office space in the future.

The UI is probably the best feature. It's very user friendly, meaning that training for an end user is minimum as it's very much self explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

The licence model, there have been cases where users only use one or two features however users are required to have a full licence regardless of usage.

**What problems is Eptura Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each office has different requirements but this resolves desk booking, meeting room booking and car park bookings. Users can be self serve without the need of an administrator both via the iOS app and the web browser.

The mobile app is very intuitive and booking a desk on the fly is really easy.

We'd prefer user access/syncing as an Entra App, instead of using SKIM, but its not the end of the world

**What problems is Eptura Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a number of issues, firstly since Covid we have downsized our office space and no longer have a desk for each employee, so we utilise the desk booking system to ensure that on the days people are in the office they are able to ensure they have a desk to sit at.
It also resolves the need to ensure centralised booking management of our meeting rooms, with are all MTR's
Lastly it is used to manage car parking spaces across the offices

It just works. We ordered Digital Signage Displays, mounted them and with at least a few minor bugs at the beginning the displays just works flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

Its not very much customizable at least when you only use their meeting displays.

**What problems is Eptura Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing clearly with one look from far away if a room is free or not (at least if its booked or not). And making it transparent if the room is free or not.

I found it easy to setup and make changes as and when needed depending on the business needs.

There's both the browser and app ability to find, book and work with spaces. You can book offices and desks; on your browser, you can use a feature to book portions of the day. You can also see the names of colleagues you'll be sitting near or around and find others easily. You have a daily check-in and check-out feature. You can view offices and the floorplans in full.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

I wish you could view who was sitting where from the app when booking a space. Since you can only do it on your browser, it needs pre-planning if you want to sit near your colleagues and forgot to book a space. It would also help if you could open the booking screen and select to view the floor plans right from the welcome page or screen

We moved to hot-desking recently since going back into the office, and condeco has allowed for us to do this pretty seamlessly. All our shared spaces are visible visually, through the booking grid, using calendar features, and helps to find colleagues.

Organises our desk booking and car parking needs well. Simple to use and most users are pleased with their day to day tasks needed to keep their bookings up to date.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

The presentation of the GUI is quite outdated, and the updates post-COVID are minimal and really add nothing to the interface to make it feel like a 2020's product.
The support website that Condeco maintain is also a little screwy: the login process is long and non-intuitive, and the presented cases that belong to your account are not user-friendly to follow history on or to see responses from agents.
That's leaving out the fact that though Support is quick to respond, they lack the knowledge to follow up problems in an organized, timely fashion with a satisfying outcome.
Most often, the response is, "it's in a future patch."

I like that once everything is setup correctly there is not a lot of day-to-day maintenance to allow people to book resources across our support campus.   I like that our Customer Success Manager is engaged and follows up on topics and issues during regular project calls.

The software control panel can take a little getting used to with regards to navigation but it's a minor issue as you become acclimated quickly.  I would like to see some of the settings hold as I navigate around the setup but again it does not keep you from doing what you need to do.

Having the ability to integrate with our Outlook Calendar and book spaces from there is a huge benefit.  Being able to walk up to a room and see what is going on with the space right on the room screen keeps people informed without having to look something up or contact a person.  It also lets you find the correct room when looking for your meeting.

Condeco Support team has been very helpful for us when we had to troubleshoot issues. Even though there were hiccups along the way the Condeco support team made sure the software was working for all of our organization's needs.

The initial programming and setup were difficult to import. There is a big learning curve for setting up the specific requirements our organization needs. We did appreciate that the support team was able to help us with the bulk of our data import and changes that needed to be made.

Useful for booking meetings, booking desks and user management, all very straightforward and very easy to set up new users, show them how to use it, etc. App is also very useful for quickly checking in.

The mobile app can be extremely buggy at times, in cases not working at all and users have to completely reinstall and reauthenticate to work. In the web app, it can be very hard to find what I need when I am doing basic admin tasks like permanently booking out desks, adding/editing existing resources. The UI could just be a little bit more friendly to newcomers.

It's an all in one desk/meeting booking solution so great for us as we have 300+ users all constantly hotdesking and needing to share meeting spaces, lets you book well in advance and manage other bookings with ease.

We have been using the Condeco system for over a decade now and one of the most important features I like about Condeco is being able to customize a report based upon a specific purpose. For example, we can run a report on the overall usage of our conference rooms on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. In the report we can customize what we want to see, i.e. how many times catered meals have been brought into the conference rooms per day, how many meetings have been booked per day, etc. I also appreciate how quickly a reported system issue is resolved by simply emailing the Condeco Support team. Condeco provides one of the best customer services in the industry – with professional, courteous, and knowledgeable team.

Glitches seem to happen often so I constantly have to clear the cache – sometimes this helps and sometimes it doesn’t

I enjoy the ability to run customizable reports to track usage etc. I love that I can change the features of my reservable spaces to fit my companies needs. Being able to adjust room capacities, room configurations and st up and break down times  was a big help during the pandemic. The custom booking notification emails have been a great tool for reminding users of protocols, being able to update emails based on changing policies etc has been beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Eptura Engage?**

I do wish there was an option for global admins to recieve booking notifications for combinable spaces, with out them being 'mangaged' spaces that need booking approval.

**What problems is Eptura Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Condeco provides a self serve option for reserving conference spaces and work spaces accross our system taking away the need to contact an admin to find a work space and reserve it on behalf of the requesting party. This is particularly helpful for reserving desks spaces for our work from home or traveling staff members.

Condeco is a great way to book your work desk in the office, especially now with the pandemic changing the way we work, making hybrid work more common. Furthermore, I thoroughly enjoy the way you can view the map of the office in which you're using to book your desk.

While condeco is very streamlined, it can have its problems in terms of speed, especially with the mobile app of condeco. Furthermore, it sometimes fails to recognise your work desk area.

The mobile app is easy to use. Having maps for location reference is great. Having an Add-in for Outlook is good. Auto Check-in is great.

Scheduling Meeting rooms from the Web App or Mobile App doesn't talk to our Office 365 Recourses to reserve them. If someone looks at recourses in Outlook, the rooms still look like they are available. It would be best if Condeco was tied into our Office 365 tenant and check the recourses from these platforms, instead of just relying on Condeco servers.

We have remote users that come into the office once in a while. They can reserve a desk or office so they can be sure to have a space in the office on the day they come in. Management also needs to have visibility to know who is in the office and who is not.

The desk booking on the web and app are easy to accomplish. With our office returning to work in a hybrid format, this software has helped our staff with planning when and where to book desks and see who will be in the office for collaboration purposes. Also, the software is data-intensive which helps us see the best way to use our current space. Support is very responsive.

The interface could use a little refresh and tightening up. It can take some time for some to pick up on the functionalities, especially on the admin side of the software.

Condeco is helping us with our new unassigned seating plan. With our new hybrid format, we can monitor how much staff is using our office space and what days are the busiest. Also, it is helping us plan for the future with our office layout.
