I can honestly say working with Epom DSP has been a game-changer for us. They really helped streamline our advertising by optimizing the traffic sources, so we were hitting the right audience at the right time. Their platform made it super easy to track everything and tweak campaigns as needed, which boosted our performance without wasting ad spend.
On top of that, the whole process was seamless. Their team was helpful, and the platform was easy to use, making the overall experience really positive. We’ve seen noticeable improvements in traffic quality and engagement, and it’s been a great partnership!

The marketing team benefits from the advanced targeting features. We use data analytics and reporting tools from Epom DSP. **What do you like best about Epom White Label DSP?**

We benefit a lot from the flexibility of the Epom DSP and programmatic ads together. I mean that the adjustment of the campaigns is more flexible compared to traditional advertising. We can measure the ad's performance in real-time and adjust the campaign on the go to get better results. Bid adjustments allow us to change the frequency of ad showings depending on the device, location, and time of day.  We also adjust bids based on performance metrics to maximize the ad campaign ROI.

**What do you dislike about Epom White Label DSP?**

FAQ is not available. I think it'll be much easier to start if you have a helpful platform guide. But we really like the support team, they helped us a lot with any queries we had.

**What problems is Epom White Label DSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an objective to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Before switching to programmatic, we used direct ads, which cost more than 2-3 times. Usually, we spend $10-20 per thousand impressions for direct ads, and now, we get the cost-effectiveness with Epom DSP, which is $1-5 for programmatic ads. Additionally, we got the lead generation x2,5 times in half of the year. It's quite a good result for us, thanks to the A/B testing feature we often use to track what ad creative performs and converts well.

Epom DSP is a great solution that offers flexible traffic options for our advertising campaigns. With the A/B testing feature, we boosted the performance rate of the ads. Advanced analytics and real-time reporting make this process more transparent and insightful because we track all the metrics on the go and adjust the campaigns to meet the best results rather than using more general targeting via social media.

The trial doesn't provide any free traffic to test. But it's okay; we pay only for the traffic, not the platform fee. The trial offers quite enough time to test and run some campaigns.

We also use the Frequency Capping feature to prevent ad overexposure by regulating the frequency of a specific ad shown to a user within a specified timeframe. This strategic approach optimizes budget utilization and ensures effective user engagement during their active periods. RTB reduces budgeting waste by allowing precise targeting that improves our ad spend efficiency.

Epom WL DSP provides an affordable solution for ad agencies that manage clients' ad campaigns. I use the Epom DSP's bidding rules to set up nested settings for my campaigns to avoid losing my clients' advertising budget on unnecessary traffic. To display my creatives effectively, I can give algorithm-specific indicators of performance, which will impact ads showing. I prioritize performance above all else. And clients are usually satisfied with budget allocation and performance rate.

A  key benefit is white-labeling. You re-brand the platform and present it to your team and partners as your own. To have an in-house solution with Epom WL DSP is more affordable than to develop it from scratch. 

Currently, I'm using a Light plan which has so many features that I love to use. For me, minimum commitment was around $500 plus traffic expenses, which is excellent value. Setup fee isn’t charged.

I have spent more than 3 months looking for a DSP where I can unite all my traffic sources and manage my clients’ campaigns under one roof. We have been using Epom WL DSP for half a year, and it's a good solution for launching in-app ad campaigns. When comparing "before" and "after," we managed to increase the user acquisition rate by 47% in half a year. That's a good job! We precisely reached our targeted audience through advanced targeting capabilities provided by Epom DSP, including location-based, device, and audience targeting. It also has a lot of good in-app traffic on its ad exchange.

Usually, I manage hundreds of ad campaigns, and I lack time to analyze each campaign separately. There was also a problem that I lost money for underperforming traffic because I forgot to turn off the drive. Now, the bidding autopilot turns it off for me. So Epom WL DSP is a great help to me with its auto-optimization feature.

The platform is headed in the right direction but still has room to grow. For example, there is no DMP, although they allow a collection of bid stream data.

Using Epom DSP for in-app advertising is an effective solution. It provides retargeting features and S2S conversion tracking (unlike FB, which uses Pixel, I can track conversions apart from cookies). It helps to ensure that ads are delivered to real, engaged users. And I’m getting the most out of my ad spend.

Do not collect the data for retargeting as DV 360.

We had some low-performance rate problems and only wanted to increase it using programmatic ads, especially interstitials. Using Epom DSP as an alternative to 3-rd party cookies has many benefits. I am able to reach my target audience more easily using over 30 targeting options. Real-time analytics provide me with insights into my campaigns and their performance, allowing me to optimize my advertising strategy. What’s more, we struggled to achieve desired CTRs with our previous tools. We realized that our problem is with reaching the wrong and too broad audience, for this we needed more precise targeting utilities. After trying WL DSP we realized: this is exactly what we were looking for. Now we gather custom data from SSPs we connected and target users who really click on our ads.

**What do you like best about Epom White Label DSP?**

I chose the Epom  WL DSP for its variety. There is no limit to the type of ads I can create. But I usually run video ads, pop-ups, and push ads. Due to its access to numerous SSPs, I can purchase traffic from all of them through my account, so it is very helpful to promote my ads. Retargeting and bidding rules are also nice features. By doing so, you can balance the budget and avoid wasting money. Aside from that, I can promote different offers at any time. There are no limits.

There was a small problem with DSP integration, but Epom support helped me resolve it.

We experienced a live demonstration of the platform during onboarding in test mode. The traffic sources we use are specific and we needed WL to connect them.
