**What do you like best about Envoke?**

Great functionality and easily customizable for different audiences - Excellent training resources. Envoke has played an important role in the growth of our company during this period. An important combination for email marketers who are on the platform daily.

**What do you dislike about Envoke?**

The only downside I have is that as the site grew some services became buried. The save button on the contact screen isn't line up with the close button above it.

**What problems is Envoke solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to broadcast an email to thousands of our customers in less than 15 minutes. The templates were easy to set up, and they actually look better then they did before.

customer support could have been better. The pricing model is a bit expensive
