What do you like best about Enumerate?

What do you dislike about Enumerate?

It is not a dislike as I believe this is an area currently being addressed/updated - Engage Support Videos. I look forward to the addition of overview/training videos designed specifically for Homeowners and/or Board use on the Engage website product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enumerate?

Presently - it seems that Enumerate is making great strides to help managers with their daily tasks and providing the training and tools to make their businesses successful. The customer service has greatly improved and it is nice to see that training opportunities seem to be increasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enumerate?

The costs associated for members to pay their dues assessments. It is unfortunate that a company the size of Enumerate cannot find a way to provide free ACH payments by members in their platform. I am a very small business and I have had to find a way for members to have access to FREE ACH payment options. I eat a small portion of the cost, but it is ABSOLUTELY worth it to retain happy clients. I wish that Enumerate would collaborate with their financial partners to find a way to make this happen.
