We have a support team in the UK and Linda has been more than helpful and prompt with her responses. The app is very intuitive, both backend and the user experience are very easy to use. The ability to stream sessions via the web app allowed us to extend our reach to remote participants, and getting the app into the app stores was quick and hassle-free. The app streamlined our event planning by ensuring a seamless invite sending and real-time RSVP tracking process which included a comprehensive management of dietary requirements on a large scale. The notification feature within the app kept our attendees updated with important information on the go. 62% of attendees downloaded the app. A key time saving feature for us was definitely the table number notification where attendees were directed to their seats, ensuring an organised and smooth event experience. Customer service team were incredibly helpful and responsive. Entegy is a fabulous organisation to work with for anyone looking to create an event app, no matter the experience or skillset! Kate in particular was a delight to work with, she was always available to assist and made the process of setting up an event app for a complete beginner simple. Kate made things even easier by always being approachable and ensuring that the end product met the needs of my event and incorporated all necessary elements. Kate was very proactive in her approach, provided clear updates and timeframes to work towards and helped immensely by reviewing the app between meetings to ensure it was progressing and easy for event attendees to use. She always made every aspect of designing and customising the event app feel achievable and provided fantastic advice on how to progress on any issues.
