We're based in the UK and the core team I believe is based in Australia I usually get a response by the next working day. We have a support team in the UK and Linda has been more than helpful and prompt with her responses. The app is very intuitive, both backend and the user experience are very easy to use. Lots of different features and can adapt to any event we have found. The app can also be whitelisted and branded to every individual event. **What do you dislike about Entegy Suite?** We would like to use it for gamification, but we're working on how to use the app for this. **What problems is Entegy Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reducing the amount of printed collateral we bring to the event. The app streamlined our event planning by ensuring a seamless invite sending and real-time RSVP tracking process which included a comprehensive management of dietary requirements on a large scale. The notification feature within the app kept our attendees updated with important information on the go. 62% of attendees downloaded the app. A key time saving feature for us was definitely the table number notification where attendees were directed to their seats, ensuring an organised and smooth event experience. Customer service team were incredibly helpful and responsive. Overall, Ignite by Entegy significantly enhanced our processes, we'd recommend it to any organisation looking to improve their event planning. **What do you dislike about Entegy Suite?** There were many amazing features that require a little bit of time to be able to explore (under time constraints for launching an event we weren't able to explore all of the many additional features) **What problems is Entegy Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seating guests at their assigned table has always been a challenge at these events previously though as guests already knew which table they were seated at it was seamless and meant the ceremony started on time. Kate in particular was a delight to work with, she was always available to assist and made the process of setting up an event app for a complete beginner simple. Kate made things even easier by always being approachable and ensuring that the end product met the needs of my event and incorporated all necessary elements. Kate was very proactive in her approach, provided clear updates and timeframes to work towards and helped immensely by reviewing the app between meetings to ensure it was progressing and easy for event attendees to use. She always made every aspect of designing and customising the event app feel achievable and provided fantastic advice on how to progress on any issues. There are so many aspects that Entegy can provide to enhance events, such as interactive workshop elements, badge making, and attendee tracking, some of which we used and some I hope to use in upcoming events after seeing how easy it was to create the app. **What do you dislike about Entegy Suite?** There are a lot of elements to Entegy Suite, which can be slightly overwhelming. The staff provide excellent support, and the help articles are incredibly helpful and easy to follow. **What problems is Entegy Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alternative means for event attendees to contribute to workshops, locate event information with ease and access support as needed. ### 6.
