**What do you like best about Ensemble Video?**

I did like the playlist feature - it was robust, integrated well with other applications, and just felt polished.

**What do you dislike about Ensemble Video?**

It falls down in some weird areas.  Never really got a good captioning system for instance - it had all the features, but the UI just scared users.

**What problems is Ensemble Video solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acts as a VCMS pretty well - fills the need for a front end to our media storage.
