No long and strenuous books or classes to attend. **What do you dislike about Enlighten?** At this time I can't say there's something I dislike about Enlighten. Again I can say that it's a very useful tool that can make learning fun for an adult. Just big kid friendly. **What problems is Enlighten solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enlighten can do many things and can solve many of those things that you may not have a lot of time for throughout your workday. Useful as a quick go-to learning tool. ### 2. It improves the quality of work to a great extent. With the help of enlighten business process outcomes have been streamlined and improved. It has also helped with accuracy and timeliness in delivering reports.Overall great experience in tracking and managing daily deliverables. **What do you dislike about Enlighten?** The UI is a bit confusing for new users, training is required to use the tool effectively.
