"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A CHATBOT SERVICE PROVIDER."

What do you like best about Engati?

They were very dedicated when they were selling the service and while we are running the onboarding sessions. The software is very customizable and when provided with a well-mounted training program, the software could just really be powerful. HOWEVER. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engati?

We've canceled our subscription to the software because it was too hard to navigate; I guess the ability to customize everything could come with complexity. Upon withdrawing, we noticed no option to disconnect our card. Since we have been exchanging emails with their support team before our decision, we're hoping that everything will end smoothly. Not. It's been 5 months now, and we can still see charges on our bank account; that's months of not being able to use the service anymore. We've tried connecting to our account managers in the company, and no one is picking up. Some of their support staff have even blocked us on LinkedIn. The company doesn't seem like a scam, but with how those people deal with us regarding the matter, it's as if the company is. I am hopeful they will settle this as we can't be paying for services we don't avail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a very easy-to-use chatbot platform and there are 16 channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, etc) where you can deploy your chatbot in a few easy steps.

If you have many options on your website, programming the chatbot to respond/ offer information on each of them will take a lot of time. The mere fact that i can build a world class super intelligent chatbot that makes the experience very human like for my customers without having to know any programming has me sold every single time.
