The software is very customizable and when provided with a well-mounted training program, the software could just really be powerful. HOWEVER. **What do you dislike about Engati?** We've canceled our subscription to the software because it was too hard to navigate; I guess the ability to customize everything could come with complexity. Upon withdrawing, we noticed no option to disconnect our card. Since we have been exchanging emails with their support team before our decision, we're hoping that everything will end smoothly. Not. It's been 5 months now, and we can still see charges on our bank account; that's months of not being able to use the service anymore. We've tried connecting to our account managers in the company, and no one is picking up. Some of their support staff have even blocked us on LinkedIn. The company doesn't seem like a scam, but with how those people deal with us regarding the matter, it's as if the company is. I am hopeful they will settle this as we can't be paying for services we don't avail. **What problems is Engati solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just the automation, nothing else. It makes the problem a bit more complicated actually, the system is very complex. ### 4.
