Both products, Scanco Dashboard and Warehouse 100 is easy to use and easy to intergrate into our ERP System. The other great thing about Scanco is the customer service, and the support team that handles Scanco Dashbaord and warehouse 100. If you have any issues with the software and create a ticket saying "production down" you will get help ASAP and they will help you find a developer to figure out the issue on your system. **What do you dislike about Endpoint Automation Solutions?** Parman doesn't have any dislike about the Scanco Software except for it is expensive but the solution is worth it in Parman environment. **What problems is Endpoint Automation Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem scanco is helping is providing the communication between our ERP software, on the inventory. For example, if a customer orders 4 drums of oil and we currently only have 2 on hand. The Sales Order will be on Dashboard even though we ship out the 2 drums to our customer. it provides us to back track our orders to ensure we meet the demand for our customers and ensuring us that our customer receiving the correct amount of products that they order. The other issue is Scanco Warehouse 100 that is installed on our Zebra mobile scanner. Once we scanned the barcodes on our products, it will automatically pull up the products and give us an accurate count after the count, we can upload the inventory item into our ERP system automatically. ### 2. We had employees picking efficiently within hours of going live. **What do you dislike about Endpoint Automation Solutions?** Like any company there are always growing pains, but they have come a long way from 7 years ago when we first went live. **What problems is Endpoint Automation Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before implementing Scanco Software, managing our extensive inventory at Front Line Safety across multiple warehouses was a challenge. We were limited by the lack of a barcoding system, which made inventory tracking difficult. Scanco's seamless integration with our Sage 100 ERP system significantly changed our approach and transformed our warehouse processes. In just 30 days post-implementation, we noticed positive results, with the capability to ship thousands of orders weekly across both locations. The Scanco Dashboard became an indispensable tool, providing real-time insights that allowed us to optimize our staff and boost daily shipments. We were looking to add automation and control to our warehousing process, and Scanco did just that, without requiring us to use more advanced functionality. We were clear with the Scanco team at the start of the project that we wanted to take steps in this direction, with jumping "all in" and completely disrupting all of our processes. The team listened, and delivered a product that did just that. The training was organized, but during each session allowed for us to customize to what we needed to cover for our exact process. That kept the project on track and under budget. **What do you dislike about Endpoint Automation Solutions?** Overall we have had a very positive experience with Scanco. Our team members have had the opportunity to work with a variety of ERP and WMS, and compared to other systems the Scanco product seems less advanced. For us this is exactly what we needed, but that may not fit the mold for a larger, more complex organization. **What problems is Endpoint Automation Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking to add more inventory control, by introducing multi-bin warehousing and barcode scanning for putaway, picking, and shipping. This is getting us the control, visitibility, and automation we were looking for. ### 4. It makes the modules of Sage 100 mobile and more user friendly with the use of the handhelds and software. It has dramatically reduced error and increased efficiency in being able to get more orders out the door with fewer mistakes that need to be fixed. **What do you dislike about Endpoint Automation Solutions?** The biggest downside of Scanco is just the intial set-up. Because it acts as the catch for your Sage system there is just an initial install process that is definitely laborsome but they help you through that and make sure you're set to use all it has to offer. **What problems is Endpoint Automation Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** The program it writes into, Sage, is clunky and only available in a desktop setting. Scanco writes into Sage using their handheld and desktop software that allows you to have your "Sage" system at your fingertips and be much more efficient. It allows me to take Sage into the warehouse and carry it in my pocket. We are using Scanco to create barcoded labels, have a more up to date look at our inventory, and minimize how many actions are needed to be done with a lot of our current operational processes. ### 5. It made receiving to PO's faster by days. It allows us to see where our inventory is located across two facilities in real time. It allowed us to reduce overhead costs by cutting data entry in the software. **What do you dislike about Endpoint Automation Solutions?** Customer support for issues can take longer than desirable. **What problems is Endpoint Automation Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** It took 48 to 72 hours for the handwritten receiving reports and data entry for po receipts of inventory prior to implementing Scanco which limited our growth potential. Implementing the Scanco Warehouse solution streamlined this process and gives us a real time view of inventory locations across two facilities. We now spend time on analytics instead of data entry, and we have doubled our product offerings. It is easy to use and allowed our employee population of adults with disabilities to apply for higher paying jobs with more responsibilities. ### 6. The scanning solutions work in conjuntion with multi-bin to allow for a full turnkey solution. **What do you dislike about Endpoint Automation Solutions?** The multibin software can be buggy and requires a hefty amount of testing to ensure all is working as it should. **What problems is Endpoint Automation Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scanco is doing a much better job of proactively addressing support tickets as they occur and working hard with the reseller to resolve these issues. This allows the reseller to focus on taking care of our clients instead of dealing with support issues. ### 7.
