ENATE - A perfect gateway to prioritize and streamline your workflow process **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Shubham K. | Implementation Specialist, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2025 **What do you like best about Enate?** The following are the fruitful features that gives leverage to ease ones day to day work routine - 1) It provides more customized solutions while you are adding / editing a SCHEDULE in a Contract , very few software provides the user to add multiple activities based on the real time calendar inputs. 2) Each activities are aligned and assigned to respective stakeholders which one choses and the email notifications are triggered to the concerned assigned spoc's , this is necessary as this feature safeguards from data breach as per the GDPR mandate. 3) A professional user can easily navigate the workflow , can assign right task to right person accountable which maximize the efficiency. 4) ENATE will create unlimited and customizable workflows for different countries , lets say handling a Payroll workflow and its sub activities like third party payment , bank account payment , internal stakeholder payments , stakeholder activities , ICP activities etc. varieties of activities can be easily seamlessly orchestrate instead of having manual intervention. 5) Can be integrated easily with various platforms. 6)ENATE also includes supporting tools for automation of tasks like data entry , processing of complex documents all this can be achieved instead of using a manual approach. **What do you dislike about Enate?** 1) For a newbie , ENATE implementation will seem complex as a lengthy process is involved with multiple terminologies. 2) It is quite meticulous , detailed oriented which may lead to errors while implementing ENATE. 3) They must focus to improvise the dashboard if necessary. 4) One must carefully plan activities to maximize its potential. 5) You cannot integrate all systems for example old legacy systems. 6) Though they have designed ENATE to customize workflows , however there is a challenge to implement high end workflows with multiple activities , multiple decision making pop ups, they can try to make this short and sweet. 7) ENATE I frames can be made more appealing and more viewing insights regarding the files can be added. **What problems is Enate solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am working as an Global Implementation Specialist (Payroll) , ENATE is assisting me via following methods - 1) Payroll calendars can have more options in ENATE while using the SCHEDULES toggle as more activities and sub activities can be added whenever necessary. 2) Multiple pay runs including Historic , Supplementary runs , Year end process all of them can be triggered via events whenever necessary which is rarely achieved in any other platforms. 3) The ENATE I frames are easily accessible by the users and you can download and upload the files in whatever format requested. 4) The Request workflow ticketing tool is also easy to use. 5) One can trigger a back dated event multiple times , client can easily share their data via middleware when an event is triggered. 6) The AMS (Alert Management System) via email to responsible accountable spocs is quite beneficial and is prompt , you can set this based on multiple time zone , very few software / platform have this functionality of notifying the users based on time zones and various User groups. 7) User Groups / User permissions for particular Service and Contract , here only authorized users are permitted to access the Service which easily reflects the integrity of ENATE. 8) Most complex payroll workflows and various frequencies (weekly, bi-weekly , monthly) etc can be easily implemented in ENATE which is why we call it as a workflow orchestration platform. ### 2.
