From the student's point of view, he enters an advanced virtual school with a wide range of classes with a vast amount of subjects presented in a lot of different ways, which prevents the boredom that is present in regular courses. In my company, Fornova, we do not have a large HR department, which means we do not have an L&D department or even access to professional content creators. This means, we needed a tool for the SME (subject matter experts) a way to create content (release notes for example) very easily and with one click to distribute it within the organization, thus the managers of the different teams can get a visibility on who read what and what they understood. **What do you dislike about enabley?** Like with any new platform and tool, it takes some time and effort to get traction from the employees in the company to use and follow the content. **Recommendations to others considering enabley:** If you need a learning platform with easy content creation, democratization of the content creation, this is the tool for you! **What problems is enabley solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick content creation, especially around release notes within the product team (we work with continuous releases so we have release notes on a weekly basis for each product manager). ### 15. It works on browser (although it has it's own app, if you want), which is very helpful (some of our client can not download softwares or apps on their work-devices so this is a pretty powerful feature). INCREDIBLE assistance. Every need is addressed by product experts working for customer success **What do you dislike about enabley?** In the LIVE virtual classrooms, sometimes, people connecting via mobile can have connection troubles if they try to stay connected with microphone and camera activated. Not a big problem actually, most clients want to work via desktop to have a good training experience **What problems is enabley solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think this can be really useful for people and organization who really care about REAL training efficacy over "just compliance". Working in a training and consulting company, i noticed how much my colleagues (experienced trainer) liked some of this platform features. Numerous workflows, interfaces, and features are not completely thought-out and create a continuous need for "work-arounds" by the user, mainly on the Admin/Editor side. All specific inputs regarding these were communicated to T2K staff - not all were implemented/corrected. **Recommendations to others considering enabley:** Define your online training needs in the most specific manner (target audience, content, scenarios) and test the platform with your most basic content before developing all of it. **What problems is enabley solving and how is that benefiting you?** MDClone's platform requires a time consuming user-specific training. T2K allowed getting the "basics" out of the way online and then arranging a specific user training, with wasting 2-3 hours on getting to know the system.
