When we engaged Emvisage initially, they did a fantastic job of accomodating our existing processes with generous suggestions on how to improve them. We like the customer ability to make changes in a manner that is extensible by the Emvisage team themself. Limited engineering/developer capacity can slow speed to market. Some underlying backend features and documentation could be more exposed to technical users / clients of the platform with proper guardrails in place such as external integrations.
