**What do you like best about EMR Datacenter?**

The thing I liked best was that it served it's purpose well and our team did not have any major technical issues. 

**What do you dislike about EMR Datacenter?**

I disliked that it was a bit difficult to learn at first, however, I am not the most tech savvy (so for me that's not saying much). 

**Recommendations to others considering EMR Datacenter:**

I would recommend considering using EMR Datacenter, especially in the healthcare setting. It makes keeping patient records and billing so much easier. Information is stored and can be retrieved easily. 

**What problems is EMR Datacenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the benefits is that our company is trying to go completely paperless, so using EMR really allows us to keep most of our information in one place. It can be accessed easily and I don't have to search for different pieces.

**What do you like best about EMR Datacenter?**

Easy to pull see the doctors notes, review charts, see scanned insurance card copies or documents in one program. 



**What do you dislike about EMR Datacenter?**

Not user friendly at ALL. For someone who is more computer savvy, it took a little bit to understand everything. Not user friendly which disturbs patient flow when they are in the office infront of you. 

**Recommendations to others considering EMR Datacenter:**

It is a good program. However, there are different applications when using it, making it not user friendly and slightly slow. However, I do like it for organization purposes. 

**What problems is EMR Datacenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scanned documents are into one program, so no disagreements between patients and office staff if patient loses a document. Allows organization to be more efficient.
