**What do you like best about EmployWise?**

Employwise simplifies managing payroll, attendance, and leave. The system is user-friendly, and the employee self-service portal is very helpful. It saves time and lowers manual work for the HR team.

Sometimes the user interface can be a bit confusing, especially for first-time users. Some reports and features take time to load, and customization options are limited. It could also offer better integration with other tools.

**What problems is EmployWise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emplywise helps us manage payroll, attendance, and leave all in one system. Previously, these tasks were manual and took a lot of time. Now, everything is automated, saving time, reducing errors, and making HR work much easier. Employees also benefit because they can easily access payslips, apply for leave, and monitor their attendance through the self-service portal.

The performance Management option is very creation simple and very effective. Easy to create our own KPI's and add KRA's to it.
The support team is also very fast and responsive.

Onboarding templates can be improved. Other than this no dislike about this tool.

Employwise is cost effective and serves the basic needs of an organisation to manage the regular HR activities. A decent tool for small or medium-scale enterprises.

**What do you dislike about EmployWise?**

The ios and Android apps of Employwise need a complete transformation. Even the web version of the application has quite a few bugs and often end up doing things that you don't intend to.

**What problems is EmployWise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EmployWise is an HRMS tool which is very cost friendly. So it helped in automatise the HR activities at a low cost. Even though it does not have advanced functionalities like Workday etc, it just serves the purpose.

Employwise is a very user-friendly HRIS and very easy to use and understand. I have enjoyed working on Employwise. The UI of the application, the support team and the entire application. I have never faced any issues while working on the software.

Exit management is not what I like at all. They should work on exit management and make it a more meaningful and useful tool.

I will highly recommend the HRIS if you're a growing organization and looking for the Leave and Attendance tool, Employwise can be the application for your organization

Employwise is a very useful HRIS and the leave and attendance management tool are one of the best features of the application. I have never find the difficulty using. Data uploading and downloading is very easy

User-friendly GUI. Easy to train new employees. The performance management system option is best in this tool to capture and make employee performance reports. Price is also very low compare to other HR tools.

Sometimes we won't receive email notifications on time.

Workflows are best. Simple and easy to understand. We can predefine KRA and KPI for PMS. The support team is also very good. I liked the PMS workflow very much easy to understand and update. This is the 3rd company I am using Employwise in my carrier.

The onboarding module needs still enhancement.

Best HR management tool. Easy and very effective. Many companies are using it.

As a normal user, I am applying for leave and getting approval from the Manager. Applying comp off. PMS update.

The user interface is very easy to understand. No need for any training for this tool to understand. My calendar view is very clear. Email notification. Approval method. Performance Management System is good in this tool when compared to other HR tools. Create a leave request is very easy.
