I am really convinced by the intuitive interface and the clear user interface of emlen. It is also very nice that when another source adds new features easily, I can efficiently reach my standard emails with it. This makes the use particularly pleasant for me.

With emlen, I can easily compile comprehensive PDF or video collections into a single link, which reduces the size for sending. It looks more professional for the customer and is easier to send.

**What do you like best about emlen?**

Emlen has really changed our sales process for the better. The implementation was a breeze and Johannes was so helpful with any questions we had.
We use emlen to send any kinds of materials like presentations, one pagers and offers to customers and prospects. It is very intuitive to use for us internally and all our customers as well. And it is so much more convenient to have everything in one link rather than sending multiple attachments.
I really cannot imagine working without emlen at this point.

There is nothing I dislike about emlen. However, it would be great to have a seamless integration to salesforce somehow.

**What problems is emlen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use emlen to send any sorts of material to customers and prospects. It's amazing that we have everything uploaded to emlen and we can pick anything we need to each specific sales room. It's so convenient that we have all our material on the platform, everything is in one place and easy to reach. It's also very easy to use for our customers.

We are using emlen as a digital sales room and share all our sales content with our prospects & clients. We also started to implement the communication & collaboration features such as chat and pin comments. We kill the e-mail ping pong with it. It's an inseparate part of our sales process.

**What do you dislike about emlen?**

Analytics are already great but even wish for deeper insights. I know the team is working on a new dashboard which includes that.

We created not a nice experience before using emlen. We also had no insights about buying intent.

Super easy to set up. It saves our team an enormous amount of time in daily follow-up and communication with our prospects. The buyer experience with emlen definitely sets us apart from the competition - a unique selling point in our communication.

**What do you dislike about emlen?**

We are still waiting for the new dashboard, which is even more optimized for sales leaders - but should be released in Q1 2024. The last missing piece of the puzzle for our revenue organization.

Before emlen, we wasted much time on follow-up and communication with prospects. No insights into which account is hot and which is not.

With emlen, this became child's play for us. Super cool experience with the digital sales room and insights into buying interest in real time.

Thanks to the continuous improvement of the tool, there is nothing to complain about. The Emlen team is constantly working on the foundation for an optimized customer buying experience.

Due to the participation of experts from various departments, this can often extend over a longer period. Still missing SalesForce integration to send out destinations out of SalesForce. Already planned

Emlen understands that the buying experience starts with a stellar and consumable interface. 

The rest can be upgraded little by little over time. Mainly, selling tools should feel like B2C products.  Products that make you want to use it, that feel useful, simple, and engaging. 

Emlen is one that has this vision and it's very refreshing compared to all "sales enablement" legacy systems out there.

**What do you dislike about emlen?**

I would expect a little bit more boldness form the team and releasing more disruptive and innovative features but I'm sure this will come. That's just me, doesn't mean the product isn't good enough, just means I'm excited to see more.

One-stop-destination for internal content, sharing content with buyers and tracking the interactions, demonstrating our experience through a great interface.

We were looking for a solution to communicate with our customers in a B2C-like way. With emlen, we can not only share sales content in a beautiful and dynamic way, but also communicate about it via chat and video calls. In addition, due to the high level of integration, we can also have the offer digitally signed via emlen in the end - it's just great.

We would like to see more integrations, such as offer tools. But they are already working on it.

The manual can be a bit confusing at first - but you have permanent Customer Success Managers who are always there to help you.

Best practice examples for quick and easy inclusion - would be a nice extra.

Provide customers with a shopping experience, similar to when they are out and about in B2C, that stays with them and that they remember fondly. Many are pleased with the new approach because it moves away from the usual back-and-forth of mail.

The customer focused approach is great. emlen gives me the ability to generate a professional one-stop-contact-shop for my leads with a fingerflip. It's a digital sales room. From the first in- or outbound touchpoint to the signing of the contract. Regardless of customer size or complexity.

**What do you dislike about emlen?**

Not sure, but the last time I had spoken with emlen there was no API existing. That could be very nice.

From my point of view, emlen scales brilliant with the length of the sales cycle. Short cycle? emlen is nice, gives a professional touch to the communication. Larger cycle? emlen shines like a diamond! Giving the customer the ability to have everything at hand, despite of complex buying centers, tender policies or contract handling.

Emlen not only helps us streamline our sales collateral, but they also help us distribute it in a clear way that "wow" our buyers.  In a competitive landscape, the provider that provides the best buyer experience wins.

**What do you dislike about emlen?**

About a year ago, in the beginning, there were a few bugs that we ran into, but it was quickly mitigated by the team.

**What problems is emlen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emlen allows our sales team to package and distribute pre and after-sales content wonderfully and seamlessly. The alternative is to attach pdfs to emails and drop a few links to case studies and CS videos. Once you discover Emlen, you will find that this "traditional" way of sending more information to clients is ridiculous. You will never go back.

There is nothing I dislike. It's a smooth and frictionless experience for the user.

In digital sales, the customer is often confused because of too many documents and shared links. Emlen has created on digital space to share all sales-relevant information.

The simple compilation of documents for prospects.

**What do you dislike about emlen?**

Some features do not yet work 100%. But that is acceptable and therefore I would not define it as a dislike.

A few examples: 
- Dashboard (Past 7 Days is always automatically stored here. It would be nice if you could set your own individual filter, for example: All Time)
- Destinations / Activity feed (Here it would be nice to be able to display only the destionations of the user's prospects)
- Enable sharing this destination (Of course the function is new. What would be cool here is if you could always leave this checkbox activated.
- Content Pieces can be moved more easily when creating a Destionation. (Sometimes you have to press twice and then the mouse pointer hangs).
- Missing Google Single Sign on 
- Again, the function is still very young. When I want to create destinations via the Chrome Extension, the last opened destination opens. Then I go to Create another. The problem here is that if I have a contact's email address in the clipboard and want to paste it directly, it doesn't work because the link of the content destination is then pasted. What also doesn't work via the extension: Update existing destinations, that would be cool. 

But to reiterate. These are really small things!

We chose Emlen first and foremost because of its performance in the area of content management. For us, the content conversion, i.e., the interaction rate of each asset, is decisive for the success control as an indicator for the qualification of all leads.

**What do you dislike about emlen?**

Automated information on new content assets to our sales team would be a dream.

Our marketing team now manages all assets in the Emlen Content Manager, and the 30-strong sales team has access to the latest content in real-time, which is always selected and sent out according to the customer's needs.
