I think my complaint might be a company policy from Dart; I don't like the 30 day limit where I have to offer an explanation like a naughty child when I am outside that reporting window. If you encounter problems, you're pretty much on your own. For the 2+ years we were on the platform, there were little to no product enhancement / new product capabilities roll out. We previously handled everything manually through Accounts Payable, which was time-consuming and prone to delays. With Emburse, the process is much more streamlined — expense reports are submitted and approved faster, which speeds up reimbursements to employees and helps us reconcile corporate credit card charges more efficiently.
