I like how Emburse Expense Enterprise keeps a nice record of everything related to my expenses. It's super easy to use, especially with so many easy categories to allocate expenses to. For transportation, there's flight, ground transportation, mileage, etc., and if I use Uber or Lyft, the receipt automatically uploads to my Emburse account. Plus, I can easily take a picture of receipts with the app on my phone and upload them. Previous expense tracking tools we used acted more like spreadsheets and outlined, line by line, whatever you entered. They offered selections for things like expense categories, dates, etc. but they did not contain the easy-to-use UI of Emburse Expense, and they also did not offer the incredibly easy-to-upload receipt tracking feature. Prior to Emburse Expense (formerly Chrome River) our T&E process was very manual - Emburse brought our T&E process into the 21st century, allowing the process to become highly automated, thereby reducing pain points and making it easy to use. Customer Support has been great - they have been attentive to any issues we've encountered, and our initial implementation process was thorough and relatively painless. Emburse Expense has removed a lot of the manual processes that used to exist in our T&E system. From the user, all the way through the approval process and payment, Emburse has tremendously improved the efficiency of our T&E process from start to finish.
