# How can we implement robust process to find chronic policy violaters?

certain percentage if employees violate the policy like submitting duplicate expenses in different expense report, non reimbursable expenses, receipt missing, etc.

Rules can be added to prevent violations such as lodging and meal rates and determining if someone has the correct travel limits.  The find violators, we run multiple reports to find those travelers who don’t enter their Expense reports timely and whether they are exceeding a credit card limit by splitting purchases.
